Yep, you read correctly - we’ve given our ‘Sweet Dreams’ Ultra Rich Beauty Cream a big ol’ makeover. Don’t worry, it’s still packed with all the stuff you love, only BETTER! 😍
What’s changed?
When two of our star ingredients took an early retirement (*ahem* were discontinued), we had no choice but to whip up something fresh. We switched up the emulsifier, added new active ingredients, and boosted other active ingredients.
The result? An even more nourishing cream that soaks in beautifully, filled with dreamy, restorative goodness.

What does it smell like?
We haven’t added fragrance because your skin deserves some ‘no-scent’ love while it works hard overnight to renew. But don’t worry, it still smells good thanks to murumuru butter’s subtle nutty, earthy aroma.
Who should use it? And when?
Got dry, normal, or combo skin? This one’s for you. Sensitive skin? Even better - you’re going to love it.
While we designed Sweet Dreams to be used as a night cream, it works a treat as a day cream if your skin is on the dry side.
Who shouldn’t use the new Sweet Dreams?
If you have oily skin that’s extremely susceptible to pimples or acne, the Sweet Dreams will probably be too heavy for you. You should reach for the Make My Day Bio-Retinol Gel Cream instead!
The new star ingredients
- Fucogel: Intensely soothes and hydrates the skin, while giving the cream its dreamy, soft texture.
- 2% Zenerity: Straight from an Italian thermal spring, this powerhouse reduces redness and promotes youthful skin.
- 3.5% Betaine: A natural amino acid derivative that helps your skin stay moisturised by strengthening the skin barrier.
- 2% Novoretin: An award-winning retinol alternative that boosts elasticity, smooths wrinkles, refines pores, and brightens—all without the drama of traditional retinol.
What’s an emulsifier, and what’s so special about the new one?
The emulsifier plays a major role in the aesthetics of the cream. At a very basic level, the emulsifier is what holds the formula together. It affects how a product looks, feels, spreads, and soaks in. Choosing the right emulsifier was very important.
We trialled a few and ended up using one that’s a combination of fatty acids, making it similar to the lipid composition of the skin. It’s deeply moisturising, provides a lovely velvety touch and supports the skin's microbiome.
What's the packaging made of?
Here at Woohoo, we try to minimise our use of plastic so we package our creams in aluminium tubes with a poly-propylene lid. Unlike most plastic skincare tubes, these tubes are 100% recyclable. ♻️
