Refund policy

We know finding the perfect product can be hard. That's why we offer our 90 day guarantees and free 90 day returns. We want you to feel confident that you’ve got nothing to lose by giving Woohoo Body a try, and everything to gain :) 

To start a return, refund or exchange, please get in touch via our Contact Form. Please note that you will require your receipt or proof of purchase (usually this is your notification email).

Why not try a sample first?

We’re one of the few companies that provides you with the chance to try almost all of our products in super-sample size at an affordable price before you purchase the full-sized products. Aside from being very cute, the samples have 2+ weeks’ worth of product so you get to give it a thorough test drive so you won't even need to worry about refunds.

We have both sample packs and individual samples available for you to choose from.

Free 90 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase of a Woohoo Body product you have 90 days after receiving your initial order to request a free return. A free return means that the return shipping will be paid by Woohoo Body.

There's a limit of 2 free returns per customer per 12 month period. For additional returns, the buyer will be responsible for postage and insurance costs. Please refer to the Buyer-Paid Returns section below.

For returns on repeat purchases of a product, please read the 'Returns of Subsequent Purchases' section below.

90 Day Zero Irritation Guarantee (all products)

If a Woohoo Body product causes any type of irritation within 90 days of receiving your order, we offer free return or replacement/exchange of the product that is causing you irritation. This applies to both first time and subsequent purchases of a product. 

90 Day Zero Body Odour Guarantee (deodorants)

If a Woohoo Body deodorant fails to prevent body odour within 90 days of receiving your order, we offer free return or replacement/exchange of the deodorant. This applies to both first time and subsequent purchases of a product. 

You must be following the usage instructions for your deodorant. Depending on body chemistry, some people may need to apply deodorant more than once per day. 

Please note that when switching to natural deodorants, some people need to go through a detox period before the natural deodorant will be effective. We will help guide you through the detox process if you are happy for us to do this. 

Refunds

To start a return/refund, you can leave us a message via our Contact Form. If your return is accepted as a free return, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your return is accepted but not as a free return, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package but you will not receive a free return shipping label.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the refund will not include shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (generally up to 48 hours).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deciding Whether to Exchange or Refund Your Product 

If you contact us about returning your product we will attempt to assist you in finding a suitable replacement product from our range so that we can offer an exchange. Whilst we would love to provide you with a replacement, you will always have the option of either a refund or an exchange. Whichever option you choose, the process will be easy and argument-free. 

If we are doing a replacement/exchange, please note that this process can take a little longer than a refund. If it's a free return, we will send you a return shipping label so that you can send the product back to us. For both free and buyer-paid returns, we will send your replacement product once the return has been received at our warehouse. 

If the replacement product is a lesser value than the item being returned, we will process a refund for the difference in the price to your original payment method.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However by doing this you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

Please note that we don't offer repeat free replacements. If your replacement is still not suitable we will offer a refund.

Damaged Items and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We require that you let us know about your defective / damaged / missing / incorrect item within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on factory 2nds, clearance items, rewards, mystery products/packs, and gift cards. Refunds do not apply to shipping costs.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been scratched, dropped or broken. All products must be returned with their packaging in original condition.

This policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Woohoo Body.  If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.

This does not apply to wholesale or business customers.

Returns of Subsequent Purchases

For subsequent purchases of a specific item (an item that has been purchased before in the past), we offer 30 Day Returns but the postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer (unless the return falls under the 90 Day Zero Irritation Guarantee or the 90 Day Zero Body Odour Guarantee). The item must be unopened and in the condition in which it was received.

Buyer-Paid Returns

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Woohoo Body will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Right to Refuse Future Orders

We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders and/or exchanges/replacements. 

Promotional Gifts

From time to time we offer promotional gifts. When returning items from an order purchased during a promotion, you will be asked to return this item with the others as your order may no longer qualify for your gift. If you’d prefer to keep your gift, please just let us know and we'll work something out.
