Getting Started With Woohoo Skincare
At Woohoo, we’re all about creating skincare routines that feel good and simple (not confusing and complicated). You don’t need a zillion bottles on the shelf. You just need the right basics that focus on calm, glowing skin and a happy barrier.
Yes, we have a full range to suit all sorts of concerns and needs (because skin is wonderfully unique and there's no one-size-fits-all solution) but once you get the foundations down pat, it’s way easier than it looks.

Cleanse (choose one)
You only need one good-quality, non-drying cleanser.

- Best for: normal, combination or sensitive skin

- Doesn’t leave any greasy residue
Clears blemishes, detoxifying
You’ve Got This Charcoal Gel Cleanser
- Best for: oily or blemish-prone skin
- Fresh, foaming cleanser
- Helps with oil and congestion
A quick note on double cleansing
If you wear a lot of makeup or sunscreen, you might enjoy using an oil or balm cleanser first, followed by a second cleanse - often called double cleansing. That said, many people find one gentle cleanse is more than enough. The best routine is the one your skin feels happy with!
Moisturise (the most important step)
Soften, nourish, deeply hydrating
Over the Moon Rich Repair Cream
- Best for: all skin types
- Supports the skin’s natural moisture barrier
- Helps calm tight, dry or uncomfortable skin
- Use a very light layer for oily or blemish-prone skin
If you only use one Woohoo skincare product, make it this one.

Make My Day Bio-Retinol Gel Cream
- Best for: oily or blemish-prone skin
- Lightweight, fast-absorbing gel-cream
- Great if you don’t like rich creams
- Retinol-like benefits, without using retinol
Protect, brighten, lightly moisturising
Perfectly Happy Light Vitamin C Cream
- Best for: normal or combination skin
- Antioxidant-rich moisturiser with Vitamin C
- Gives a bright, glowy, healthy-skin finish
Facial mists
(Optional – nice to have, not essential)
Your routine works perfectly without a mist, but even better with one.
Raindrops Hydrating Mist
- Best for: all skin types, especially sensitive or reactive skin
- Light hydration, calming, and comfort
- Softly rose-scented
- Use if skin feels tight, stressed or irritated
Balance, repair, clear blemishes
Tickled Pink Clarifying Face Mist
- Best for: oily or blemish-prone/congested skin
- Helps balance oil and support smoother-feeling skin
- Fresh, lightweight feel
- Teen-friendly and great when skin feels out of balance
Serums
(Optional upgrades)
Serums are for targeted results - not a must. If in doubt, skip it.
FG Serum 01 - Glow
- Best for: normal, combination or mature skin
- Brimming with Vitamin C + peptides
- Boosts glow and brightness
- Best used in the morning
Clear, balance, brighten and reduce redness
FG Serum 02 - Clear
- Best for: blemish-prone or congested skin
- Helps calm blemish-prone skin and regulate oil
- Promotes clear, healthy skin with less redness
Very sensitive skin? It’s completely fine to skip serums.
Facial oils
(Optional boosters)
These are extras, not everyday essentials.
Brightening, balancing and barrier-boosting
Good Vibes Brightening Facial Oil
- Best for: normal, combination or mature skin
- Glow-boosting, non-greasy facial oil
- Use 1–2 drops when skin looks dull or tired
- Mix into moisturiser or press on top
Laugh Out Loud Nourishing Facial Oil
- Best for: very dry or sensitive skin
- Rich, comforting oil that helps calm the appearance of redness
- A few drops a day is all you need
Black Seed Oil
- Best for: sensitive, blemish-prone or congested skin
- Single-ingredient oil with a cult following
- Can be applied top-to-toe
- For facial use, it’s best used sparingly (not an everyday essential)
Exfoliate
(Optional – less is more)
Exfoliation isn’t essential for everyone. If your skin is sensitive, it’s completely fine to forgo this step.
Konjac Sponges
- Best for: all skin types
- Ultra-gentle physical exfoliation using just water or paired with a cleanser
- Help cleanse and lightly buff without stripping
- Suitable for daily use, even for sensitive skin
- A great low-effort option if you like a soft, clean-skin feel without using exfoliating products.
Exfoliate, clear, brighten, renew & smooth
This Is Me Enzyme Exfoliator
- Best for: most skin types (use less often if sensitive)
- Gentle exfoliation to help smooth skin and keep pores clear
- Best used occasionally, not daily
- A good option if your skin feels dull, congested or needs a little refresh, but not something you need to use all the time.
The easiest way to start
If you’re feeling unsure, here’s the simplest advice: Cleanser + Over the Moon Face Cream is enough. Everything else is optional 🙂
