We love sweating. All the best things in life make you sweaty, and it’s so good for you in so many ways.
Sweating is actually a really complex bodily function that helps keep your body temperature regulated and keep you healthy. Who would’ve thought!?
Sweating cools your body down (like our very own in-built air con); it gets rid of toxins (hurrah!), releases feel-good endorphins, helps keep your complexion clear and prevents your pores from getting blocked.
But as good as sweat is, being smelly sucks. So most of us head into the supermarket and get ourselves an antiperspirant. After all, it’s cheap and stops us smelling. Winner, right?

Did you know #2 – Antiperspirants are NOT good for you?
If you're using an antiperspirant to control body odour and stop sweating then you could be making yourself unhealthy without even realising.
Aluminium-based antiperspirants stop your body’s all-important sweating process by blocking your pores. Then most (like an unwanted party guest) leave aluminium salts in your beautiful bod. Boo.
Aluminium in your antiperspirant also the culprit for staining your clothes yellow!
High performance engines don’t work so well when they overheat and neither do our bodies.
